WHERE:  Parking lot of Glen Allen Elementary School,  Corner of Heurich Rd and Randolph Road Wheaton, MD   about 1/2 mile from Glenmont Metro Station 

COST: $15  for  Run, drinks & snacks on run,  some grub at end.  

Directions:
Take Metro to Glenmont Station  follow marks to the start about 1/2 mile.

From VA: Take 495 to Maryland --> exit 31A  North Georgia Avenue toward Wheaton for 3.3 miles  --> Turn Right onto Randolf Road/Md-183 go 1/2 mile -->  to Parking Lot of Glen Allen Elementary School at corner of Heurich Rd and Randolph Road

From Baltimore:  Take 95 toward DC,  Exit onto 495 West toward Silver Spring, exit 31 toward wheaton 3.3 miles  --> Turn Right onto Randolf Road/Md-183 go 1/2 mile -->  to Parking Lot of Glen Allen Elementary School at corner of Heurich Rd and Randolph Road 

From Annapolis:  Take 50 east to 495 West --> exit 31 toward wheaton 3.3 miles  --> Turn Right onto Randolf Road/Md-183 go 1/2 mile -->  to Parking Lot of Glen Allen Elementary School at corner of Heurich Rd and Randolph Road
